Whenever we think of menstruation, what comes to our minds as menstruators or non-menstruators should be dignity and royalty.
Have you ever heard someone say, “we are of the same blood” or “we share the same bloodline”?
It speaks of a bond so strong that it cannot be broken.
That is how we should all view it.
Menstruation and dignity should be inseparable.

The more we all begin and continue to live in this reality globally, the more dignifying the experience of menstruation will be for everyone.
The more effort we will also put in, to make it so by utilizing our different capacities.
And here is something to reflect on:
Even the word menstruation cannot be pronounced without first mentioning “men.”
This is indeed a true sign that we are all meant to be in this together, both males and females.
So Yes, another way to describe menstruation can be dignity.
Type “Dignity” if you agree!
